Shipments outside Sweden
Shipments outside Sweden by credit card payment only.
Means of payment
Invoice, shipments in Sweden only.
Credit card, payat the check out with your credit card.
Your order will be confirmed automatically by e-mail – make sure to leave correct e-mail address when filling out the order form.
Order by telephone:
Ordering by phone, state name, address and the desired products. Order by telephone is only available for shipping addresses in Sweden. Other customers are referred to www.friway.nu where credit cards are accepted.

Free shipping for subscriptions and orders over 1000SEK in Sweden.
Free shipping for subscriptions and orders over 4000SEK in Europe and the rest of the world.
Time of delivery
Normally, your order will be shipped within a week.
Shipping damages
Damaged parcels or merchandize are to be reported upon delivery or to the post office. Thereafter, please inform FRIWAY.
Return policy
Explain your discontent and what measures you wish to be taken.

Returned merchandize is to be sent by regular mail or parcel post, not as cash-on-delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Cancellation of purchase
There is a 14 day cancellation of purchase policy from the date of receipt. Returned merchandize has to be unopened and undamaged, well packaged and contain order confirmation. The merchandize are to be resent in original packages, well wrapped up in by post office approved packing. Any shipping damages due to insufficient packing will be charged to you as a customer. Contact us before returning the merchandize. We will reimburse you as soon as we receive the returned merchandize. You have to pay for the shipping – we do not pay for insufficiently prepaid shipments and do not reimburse shipping costs.
Privacy record
All personal information is only stored for the use of FRIWAY. The information is used for administrating the mail order, and occasionally for presenting you with special offers. You can discontinue those offerings at any time.
