When you test your urine and saliva you do not get the whole truth about your body pH, but it is a quick and simple method which gives you an indication of your health status. To use this product simply tear off a small strip of pH paper and dip into test solution. Compare the instantaneous colour change with the matching pH colour chart. The pH can vary a lot but the saliva pH and urine pH should be over 7,2 to keep you healthy and energized.

This test does not work on water or other solutions since it is made for urine and saliva!
